Barcelona, March 2026. Within the framework of the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, tiivii.tv announces a new growth milestone: the broadcasting of 750 sporting events every weekend, consolidating its audiovisual platform specialized in local sports in Spain.

Since its launch in September 2024 with the main sports leagues in Galicia, tiivii.tv has experienced continuous growth. In less than two years, the platform has incorporated clubs and competitions from Asturias, Cantabria, Basque Country, Castilla y León, Extremadura, Catalonia, Andalusia, Murcia and Alicante, building a national audiovisual network that allows fans to follow the sports of their local teams live.

Technology driven by Artificial Intelligence 

tiivii.tv is a video platform that receives matches broadcast live with automatic production systems governed by Artificial Intelligence. Every weekend, matches are transmitted through a set of intelligent cameras that perform automated tracking of the game. 

The AI not only directs the live production, but also: 

• Generates automatic match highlights
• Creates match summaries on the platform
• Facilitates technical analysis for clubs and coaches

This technological model allows for scalable production that operates 24 hours a day, optimizing costs and guaranteeing massive coverage of local competitions. 

Other tiivii systems 

In addition to tiivii.tv, the tiivii software is also the basis for the technological platform of okliga.tv, specialized in top-level roller hockey in Spain. 

On okliga.tv, the 14 matches corresponding to the matchdays of the OK Liga and the OK Liga Iberdrola are broadcast weekly, along with summaries of said matches, and it also broadcasts all the federation’s competitions; King’s and Queen’s Cups and men’s and women’s Supercups 

Every weekend, more than 50,000 people enjoy local sports live through tiivii.tv, nearly 500,000 view content on social networks, and more than 15,000 viewers follow the best national roller hockey.

Expansion in Madrid: 25 new venues

The company has recently won the project for the broadcasting of sporting events in 25 venues of the Madrid City Council, which will significantly increase the number of events broadcast in the coming months and reinforce its presence in one of the country’s main sporting markets.

In addition to Madrid, prominent regional televisions already use tiivii to broadcast events in their coverage areas.

• Reducing the equipment needed to operate it, as the Studio works on any web browser and does not require high performance or heavy equipment to be carried from one place to another. It can be operated from a laptop or mobile phone.

In addition, as an advanced production tool, the Studio allows:

1. Manage synchronised cameras through the RTMP, RTSP and SRT protocols to be able to choose which device is broadcasting at any given moment, maintaining optimum synchronisation between them.
2. Support for external audio in which as many signals as desired can be received and each one of them can be individually managed, choosing the volume at which it sounds, muting them, etc. In addition, the Studio has a special view for remote announcer so that, even if you cannot be present at the place where the event is taking place, you have a view with minimum latency on which to announce and have a perfect synchronisation between video and audio.

The Mar de Vigo Auditorium and Conference Centre, 90-20 as official distributor and cinfo have reached an agreement to incorporate the tiivii automatic television production system in its facilities with the aim of covering the events held at the venue with a hybrid and high-performance approach.

Installed in the Auditorium’s foyer and multi-purpose hall, tiivii will completely change the experience of concerts, conferences and shows held at the venue, significantly enhancing their versatility by complementing scheduled activities through a fully automated live broadcast system without the need for human intervention through the use of intelligent cameras that produce quality events in a matter of minutes. The product includes support for graphic media, voiceovers, video mixing and a full cloud-based production desk powered by artificial intelligence that can be used according to the particular needs of each event.

The incorporation of tiivii in the Mar de Vigo Auditorium and Conference Centre is an optimisation of the versatility and usability of the facilities throughout the year, placing it at the technological forefront now that the cultural industry has been forced to look for other ways of broadcasting its events due to the impact of COVID-19.

An OKI concert, a traditional Japanese stringed instrument, was livestreamed through tiivii, as well as capturing some of the most beautiful spots in the area to sponsor the tourist area in 360VR.

For the broadcasting, a website https://kamuimtg360.tiivii.com/ was created, allowing the user to select either the 360VR broadcast or the OKI concert.

The play, directed by Santiago Cortegoso and Marián Bañobre, places Homer’s classic in a transatlantic context parallel to The Odyssey in which a dialogue with the original myth is generated. Poetically addressing the phenomenon of Galician emigration through a Ulysses who wanders for ten years between different islands, the play changes the different original locations (Ithaca, Troy and the Mediterranean Sea) for Galicia, Buenos Aires and the Atlantic Ocean.

The performance was streamed in 18 countries and consisted of two parts, one the broadcast of the play itself and the other a discussion between the artists and directors of the play and the people who were watching the play remotely, who could ask questions through a chat enabled for this purpose.

This broadcast strengthens tiivii’s commitment to culture. tiivii was installed at the end of 2020 and this is the first broadcast to be made with it and work is already underway to prepare the broadcast of the next shows as well as the use of the system for recording rehearsals.
